Optimistic Voices

June 2 - June 3

The Musical Theater Project has canceled its weekend performances of the
concert “Optimistic Voices: Songs for Challenging Times” due to illness in
the cast.

“This is a show I hate to lose,” said Bill Rudman, Founder and Artistic
Director of TMTP. “The theme could hardly be more timely, and my hope is
that we can revisit it at some point in the near future. The important thing
at the moment, however, is to protect the health of our artists.”

To receive a refund on tickets to “Optimistic Voices,” watch your email for
instructions from Managing Director, Jack Warren, or call 216-860-1518 ext.
710.

Rudman and Associate Artistic Director Nancy Maier are currently preparing
the 20th Anniversary Season of TMTP’s concert series, “The Song Is You!” It
opens August 20-21 at Cleveland’s Bop Stop with “For Good,” the latest in
the organization’s annual celebration of contemporary musical theater. The
show will receive a third performance August 27 at French Creek Nature
Center and Theatre in Sheffield.

The “Song Is You!” season comprises six concerts from August through June,
including the return of the popular “Christmas Cabaret,” this time at Edwin
Too on Shaker Square and Stocker Center at Lorain County Community College.
